Empowering Those Who Serve on the Frontlines.
Julie Johnson is a Communications Specialist, Peer Support Advocate, and Public Information Officer with a passion for protecting those who serve. After six years in emergency communications and a lifetime witnessing the emotional cost of service, she founded Frontline Frameworks to fill a critical gap: the need for accessible, proactive mental wellness tools tailored to first responders and frontline professionals.
“This isn’t just professional it’s personal. I’ve been the voice on the other end of the radio. I’ve watched colleagues break under pressure, seen trauma ripple through teams, and witnessed the silence that follows when no one knows how to ask for help. Frontline Frameworks was born from that silence to give it a voice, a structure, and a solution.”
30% of first responders develop mental health conditions, including PTSD and depression.
Suicide rates among firefighters and law enforcement are higher than line-of-duty deaths.
Lack of tailored resources keeps many from seeking help, fearing stigma or career repercussions.
At Frontline Frameworks, our mission is to fortify the mental health and emotional resilience of the frontline workforce through practical frameworks, guided reflection, and trusted leadership training.
First responders to process trauma without shame
Agencies to create internal systems of support
